Gary is the nicest, most honest person ever. I am blown away by the company's kindness, efficiency, fair prices, and care every time I need to take my car in. They go the extra mile in every sense of the phrase, and there is no place I'd trust more to do the job right.

This is my first visit to Baker Automotive! They were referred a friend. My 2007 Dodge Nitro was leaking coolant and thermostat issues. I've been taking my vehicles to Baker for years now. I have always had excellent service and never had any issues with any of their repairs. They are honest and solid mechanics. I wish there were more shops that were as good as these guys.

Driving south on the freeway my radiator cracked. I was due back to help prep for my daughter‘s birthday party, but I wasn’t going to make it home that night. I limped my car into Baker Automotive where Gary greeted me kindly. I told him my situation and before I knew it: One of his mechanics chose to work extra hours that night to replace my radiator and ensure I got home in time for my daughter’s party preparation. You don’t find that type of service, anywhere. Recommended it to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I've been bringing both my personal and company vehicles here for years. Garry's customer service is consistently excellent, and the entire team always goes the extra mile to make sure my expectations are met. This is truly a great place for all general maintenance and repairs.

Been going to Baker since I was in diapers. Gary is family and he treats everyone with respect. They do excellent work. Gary will be very honest with you. He would much rather tell you how it really is rather than say you need work done that you actually don't. He will never try to make a quick buck by selling you something you don't need. Staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. Overall the best machanic shop on the planet. If I could give a higher rating I would.

I recently took both of my cars in for service at Baker Automotive. This was my first time at Baker, I am very comfortable recommending them, and will be back myself in the future. One car had some minor maintenance, but the larger Jeep required some diagnosis, before work could be done. In both instances I felt heard, that they understood me as a customer, my concerns and wishes.

Honest, helpful and quick

I love this place! Gary and his team do great work in fixing, replacing and repairing your vehicles needs. I recommend this shop. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I had taken my CRV to two other shops to try and figure out what noise was coming from my front end with no success. Took it to Gary, and he was able to diagnose the issue almost immediately. All four struts and tires were replaced in 24 hours, even though they were a number of pending clipboards on his desk, and now the car drives like brand new! Will definitely go back, and recommend him to everyone I know

Baker Automotive has always been honest and fair with us when we’ve taken our cars to get fixed. Gary does a great job at explaining and answering any questions.

I am so happy to have finally found a thorough, honest mechanic who does not simply search for expensive things to repair. :-) This shop truly tried to diagnose the issue and addressed it. I am so very pleased and will definitely call them again.

Quick and Good pricing.

Baker Automotive has been great to work with on several of my vehicles. They have been honest with me in what the vehicle needs done and they do the best they can with pricing.

Just called them and the man who answered was so very rude. A woman picked up, I asked for the service record on a car they fixed up recently, and she put me on hold. When the phone was answered, the man who picked up was treating me like the dumbest waste of his time. If a maintenance record request is an inconvenience, it should be easy to tell me that without being rude.

Amazing! The best mechanic shop I have ever been too! I had a really bad rattle on my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport and brought it to Ford 3 times before they finally found what the problem was (my lift kit sway bar end links) Ford then told me they would not touch it because it was aftermarket parts. Baker Automotive saved the day! They got me in right away. Researched what my lift kit was and got the parts ordered. They called me in less than a week to install them and it only took 1 hour! My car no longer rattles! I could not be happier! They are super friendly and efficient! I am coming here for all me car maintenance from now on! Forget the dealerships!

Great, honest mechanics

This Place is Awesome, Gary is a great guy and is super honest with pricing, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that needs auto mechanic work done, my dad and brother looked at my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport (They are both mechanics just not auto mechanics), It had 2 lights on (The check engine and the electrical control light) and we got the code read at O'Reilly's and it said the most likely issue was that the temperature coolant sensor needed to be replaced, well we replaced it and wiped the code, well both came back on, so I took my Jeep into Gary and he let me know they would take a look at it and see what they could do, they looked at it gave me a diagnosis ( my car had a bad connector going from the computer to my sensors, and they explained that to me very well as well, as I am not Mechanically inclined), ordered parts, and fixed it and I had it back within 2 days, Great Place, Great Service, Issue has not come back and I am very Satisfied with my repairs!

Best emissions experience I have ever had. They got me right in and worked quickly to get my emissions done fast! They are also priced better than Burt Brothers and Jiffy Lube, plus they did not charge a fee to register my car for me like every other place does. Clean, comfortable waiting room and honest, friendly staff! Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with Baker Automotive! They were very honest and had good quality work. We brought our car in to have the headlights changed (our car needed to have the whole bumper removed to change them). Other places quoted us $400+ to change the headlights. Baker Automotive did it for LESS than half what others would. We would definitely recommend their service and return for any future needs.

Been going to Gary for quite some time for any vehicle issues. He's honest with his pricing and best of all, his team provides excellent and professional service. Needed a rack and pinion replacement to our almost 20 years old van after a safety inspection that I opt for. Done within a day as they could get the part. Thanks to Cindy, for providing to-and-fro rides. We feel very blessed to have a reliable and trustworthy car mechanic service, right in our neighborhood!
